Zygon Property Group was established in 2014, initially to provide investment, asset and property management and development expertise to a private, Western Cape light industrial property fund and subsequently to include a trading fund and joint ventures.
The Directors of Zygon Property Group, Carl von During and Colin Harvey, are Directors and Shareholders of the companies serviced by Zygon Property Group.
Carl and Colin have extensive experience in residential, commercial and industrial property. They commenced their careers as quantity surveyors and thereafter as Directors of Broll Property Group's Transactional Business Divison, specilaising in the leasing and sales of commercial, industrial and investment properties.
They commenced investing in light industrial multi tenant complexes in 2003 to create an annuity income to support their commission based earnings, and soon realised that their passion was acquiring industrial properties for the purposes of adding value, trading and investment, and established Zygon Property Group.
